My Contact

This screen holds the contact record tied to your account: your name and company, saved addresses, phone numbers, emails, important dates, notes, license or compliance records, and the service regions linked to you. Everything here is editable in place.

What you can do here

  • Contact Details card: see your name, company, primary email, and primary mobile at a glance. Select Edit to open a form and update your name, reference code, company, tags, and mobile number.
  • Addresses tab: view your saved addresses. Select New Address to add one, or Edit on an existing card to update the address, region, mobile, email, and label.
  • Phone tab: view saved phone numbers. Select New Phone to add one, or Edit on a row to change the label, country, or number.
  • Email tab: view saved emails. Select New Email to add one, or Edit an existing entry.
  • Events tab: track dates tied to your account, each with a label and description, using New Date.
  • Notes tab: keep free-text notes using Take a note.
  • License tab: record licenses or compliance credentials (title, number, date of award, and details) using Licenses and Compliances.
  • Regions tab: assign the service regions linked to your contact using Service Region.
