Customers

The Customers screen is where you manage everyone connected to your business: paying customers, staff and agents, and suppliers, all in one searchable list. From here you add new contacts, open a full profile for any of them, and jump into their jobs, invoices, and payment history.

What you can do here

  • Search the list by name, email, phone, or reference code using the search box at the top.
  • Filter the list with the All, Customers, Staff, or Suppliers pills.
  • See each contact's name, company, email, and mobile number in the table.
  • Click New Contact to add someone. This opens a form for name, reference code, company, tags, email, country, mobile number, and group.
  • Click Details on any row to open that contact's full profile.
  • Click Trash on a row to remove a contact. You're asked to confirm ("Move this contact to trash?") before anything happens.

On a contact's profile page you can also:

  • Call, email, or text them directly from the header, and, for customers, open a Customer view link to their self-service portal.
  • Start a New Job or New Invoice for them.
  • See their lifetime value, outstanding balance, open jobs, and last activity at a glance.
  • Switch between tabs: Overview, Jobs, Invoices, Payments, Schedule, Activity, Terms, and Contact info.
  • In the Contact info tab, add, edit, or delete addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, events, notes, and service areas (licenses show for staff and agents).
  • In the Payments tab, review saved payment methods and open the full account statement.

Steps

  1. Go to Business Manager > Customers.
  2. Use the search box, or the All / Customers / Staff / Suppliers filter, to find the contact you need.
  3. To add someone new, click New Contact, fill in their details, and save.
  4. To review or update an existing contact, click Details on their row.
  5. On their profile, use Edit to change their information, or the tabs to check jobs, invoices, payments, and activity history.
  6. To remove a contact, click Trash on their row and confirm.
